✨ PTO General Meeting–You’re Invited! ✨

Every Longfellow parent and caregiver is automatically part of the PTO — which means this meeting is for you! Join us in the Auditorium to connect with other families, share ideas, and hear about the many ways the PTO supports our students and teachers.

We’ll have child care provided by the YMCA and a pizza dinner for everyone — because gathering is always better with food and friends. Can’t make it in person? No problem, you can also join us virtually via Zoom.

Longfellow is celebrating the Great Kindness Challenge with a week of positivity, connection, and school spirit! Students will take part in simple acts of kindness each day while joining in on our fun dress-up themes:

✨ Spirit Week Themes:

• Monday: Disney Day

• Tuesday: Twin Day

• Wednesday: Patriotic Day

• Thursday: Crazy Hair Day

• Friday: Freaky Friday (dress like a friend or teacher!)

Family Friday is a wonderful opportunity for parents, guardians, and loved ones to connect with their child’s school experience. On the last Friday of each month at 9 a.m., we invite families to join us for a morning filled with learning and connection. The first 30 minutes are led by Principal Alluin, who will share important news, events, and updates about our school. From 9:30 to 10:00, parents can visit classrooms to experience learning alongside their children.

Why attend Family Friday?

• Strengthen your bond with your child by engaging in their learning process.

• Get to know their teachers and classmates to better understand their daily experiences.

• Create lasting memories through shared activities.

Parents and guardians are critical partners in our students' education. We hope you’ll join us at each Family Friday! Your involvement and support are invaluable to our school community.

No RSVP required—just bring your curiosity and enthusiasm. We can’t wait to see you there!
