This month, we have a really fun Box Tops collection contest between classrooms.  There is a large bulletin board by the lunch area where you will find results as they happen.  This is a "snowball battle" where classrooms can "throw" snowballs at eachother.  For every 10 Box Tops a class turns in, they will get a paper snowball to "throw" at a classroom of their choice (within their grade level group).  At the end of the contest (Jan 29th), the classrooms with the least number of snowballs...wins. 
 
You can help our classroom win this contest!  Turn in any Box Tops you have this month.  The can be attached in groups of 10 to any paper, or you can use the attached collection sheet.  Or, if you have less than 10, give them to our teacher in a bag and they can be added to those from other students.
 
Please be sure to look for Box Tops coupons on many products you already shop for.  I've attached a list of participating products.  Each Box Top is worth $0.10 for Longfellow.  Our goal is to collect $1,500 this year.  We are more than 1/2 way there.  This contest should help us to reach our goal.
